THERE WILL BE A PRESENTATION FROM THE DEPT OF GAME, FISH AND PARKS

         HB 1051      make the sale or purchase of lawfully preserved and mounted fish an exception to the prohibition against the sale or purchase of fish taken from the waters of the state.
             The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1052      define trophy and non-trophy antelope, mule deer, white-tailed deer, and elk, and establish a civil penalty for the unlawful taking of trophy animals.

         HB 1053      repeal the prohibition against the resale of certain seized or abandoned property purchased from the secretary of game, fish and parks.
