    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the special emergency and disaster special revenue fund for costs related to disasters in the state.

    Section 2. The secretary of public safety shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.

    Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.

    Section 4. Whereas, this Act is necessary for the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.

    [Section 44.] The state treasurer shall transfer from the state general fund the sum of four million six hundred twenty thousand nine hundred twenty dollars to the radio communication fund for the purpose of upgrading emergency and communication infrastructure.

    [Section 45.] The state treasurer shall transfer to the state general fund the sum of seven hundred five thousand one hundred one dollars from the mountain pine beetle fund.

    [Section 46.] The state treasurer shall transfer from the state general fund the sum of two hundred thousand dollars to the teen court grant program fund.
