         *HB 1008      provide that the uniform administration of certain state taxes apply to the telecommunications gross receipts tax.

         HB 1027      provide for certain employer insurance assistance programs.

         HB 1029      modify the requirements for a filing of a consent to rate for property casualty insurance.

         HB 1030      repeal certain requirements for the filing of annual actuarial certifications.

         HB 1050      revise the annual financial reporting requirements of insurance companies.
