The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Wiik.



Mr. Jeff Mehlhaff, Senior Fiscal Analyst, Legislative Research Council (LRC) met with the Joint Committee on Appropriations to present LRC's FY19 and FY20 revenue projections. The Legislative Research Council shows ongoing revenue projection for FY19 to be $1,647,503,471. The Legislative Research Council FY20 ongoing revenue projection is $1,715,790,304.

Mr. Jim Terwilliger, Secretary, Department of Revenue and State Economist, Bureau of Finance and Management (BFM), met with the Joint Committee on Appropriations to present BFM's FY19 and FY20 revenue projections. The Bureau of Finance and Management shows ongoing revenue projection for FY19 to be $1,642,389,739. The Bureau of Finance and Management FY20 ongoing revenue projection is $1,695,493,081.
