A retailer, as defined in subdivision 35-1-1(19), may offer quantity discounts or cash discounts to a consumer for the purchase
of alcoholic beverages. Any quantity discount or cash discount offered by a retailer to a consumer shall comply with the provisions of
§ 35-4-129."
