The Committee on Legislative Procedure respectfully reports that the Secretary of the
Senate has had under consideration the Senate Journal of the third day.

I have the honor to inform your honorable body that the House has approved the adoption
of the temporary joint rules adopted by the Ninety-fourth Legislative Session as the permanent
joint rules for the Ninety-fourth Legislative Session with the changes adopted in the Joint
Legislative Procedures Committee report.
Sen. Langer moved that the report of the Joint-Select Committee relative to the
arrangements for a memorial service for the Ninety-fourth Legislative Session as found on page
50 of the Senate Journal be adopted.
