    On page 1, line 4, of the printed bill, before "Any" insert "A statewide high school dual credit program shall be established for high school students.".

    On page 2, line 1, after "section." insert "The Board of Regents and the Board of Technical Education shall set a high school dual credit tuition rate not to exceed forty-three percent of the undergraduate off-campus tuition rate at a Board of Regents institution.".

    On page 3, line 3, after "." insert "However, any student enrolled in the high school dual credit program shall pay an amount equal to thirty-three and three tenths percent of the total high school dual credit tuition rate if that student is a member of a household whose total annual income the year before the student enrolled in the program does not exceed the income level that is used to qualify for a free or reduced-priced lunch under the federal free or reduced-price lunch program. The state shall pay an amount equal to sixty-six and seven tenths percent of the total high school dual credit tuition rate.".
