"    Section 2. That chapter 13-43 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

    The provisions of this Act apply to any collective bargaining agreement or other contract for employment entered into, amended, or renewed on or after July 1, 2018. Nothing in this Act may be construed to allow a school district to violate the terms of a collective bargaining agreement or employment contract in existence on July 1, 2018.".
