HB 1141*    (Consideration of Senate Amendments; SJ 568, 579) provide for a legislative task force to consider certain legislation proposed to revise provisions regarding the constitutional amendment, initiative and referendum process in South Dakota.
HB 1165*    (Consideration of Senate Amendments; SJ 578) provide for annually updated financial interest statements for any person elected to statewide or local office.

SB 124*    (Deferred from 32nd LD) repeal the authority for the Department of Social Services to enter agreements related to the Refugee Act of 1980 and to require certain reports regarding services provided to and arrival of refugees.
SB 88    (Deferred from 32nd LD) revise the definition of an electric transmission facility.
SB 104*    (Deferred from 32nd LD) protect certain easement holders and rural customers from shutoffs by certain energy companies.
SB 141*    revise certain provisions relating to child support.
SB 23    revise the authority of the Transportation Commission to make loans from the state highway fund to local governments for highway and bridge construction and maintenance purposes.
SB 43    make an appropriation to expand intensive methamphetamine treatment services within the Department of Social Services and to declare an emergency.
SB 172*    authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction of and improvements to the State Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Laboratory and infrastructure at South Dakota State University, to transfer certain funds, to make an appropriation, and to declare an emergency.

HC 1027    (HJ 32nd LD) Congratulating and recognizing Coach Luke Vander Leest of Sioux Falls Christian High School, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as the 2016 U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Coach of the Year for Boys High School Cross Country across all classes in the state of South Dakota.
HC 1028    (HJ 32nd LD) Recognizing Bob Garry for his personal achievements and congratulating him on his induction as part of the 2015 class of the University of Sioux Falls Athletics Hall of Fame.
