SB 99    revise certain provisions regarding the petition signature requirements for municipal elections.
SB 116*    improve online access to information concerning state boards, commissions, and departments.
SB 28    revise the exceptions to presumptive probation.
SB 29    provide for the use of mobile breath alcohol testing in the 24/7 sobriety program.
SB 60    revise certain provisions regarding the sale of consumers power district assets.

HC 1022    (HJ 31st LD) Honoring and commending Abby Shay Neff of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, for receiving the President's Volunteer Service Award and local honors from the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.
HC 1023    (HJ 31st LD) Honoring Bria Shay Neff as the state winner of the “Doodle 4 Google” competition.
HC 1024    (HJ 31st LD) Commending and honoring the South Dakota Department of Transportation on the one hundredth anniversary of its creation.
HC 1025    (HJ 31st LD) Honoring Phyllis Perkovich for her outstanding commitment and service to the South Dakota legislative page program and the youth of South Dakota.
SC 34    (SJ 30th LD) Honoring and recognizing Haydn Gilbertson, of Kingsbury County, on an excellent season and winning an individual wrestling championship.
