SB 125    revise the list of organizations that may approve and accredit a nonpublic school.
SB 140*    require schools to provide instruction in hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
SB 75*    revise certain provisions regarding the purchase from a municipality of malt beverages by certain alcoholic beverage licensees.
SB 143*    create an off-sale delivery license and to allow certain off-sale licensees to deliver alcohol.

SB 14    (Deferred from 28th LD) make an appropriation from the coordinated natural resources conservation fund to the State Conservation Commission and to declare an emergency.
SB 15    (Deferred from 28th LD) make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
SB 17*    (Deferred from 28th LD) authorize the Board of Regents to contract for the construction of a natural resources research and support facility at South Dakota State University, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.



SB 18*    (Deferred from 28th LD) authorize the Board of Regents to contract for the design, renovation of, and addition to, the Stanley J. Marshall Center on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.

SB 44    (Deferred from 28th LD) revise the definition of individuals with a serious emotional disturbance.

SB 102*    require that the name and telephone number of an organization fighting to end sex trafficking be given, in writing, to any woman seeking an abortion.



SB 77*    provide for a fiscal note for any initiated measure, initiated amendment to the Constitution, or referred law that would have a fiscal impact on the state.
SB 131*    revise certain provisions concerning the period of time elected officials are prohibited from lobbying after leaving office.

HC 1020    (HJ 28th LD) Celebrating and honoring Tabor's Annual Czech Days festivities on the occasion of its sixty-ninth anniversary on June 15th, 16th, and 17th 2017.
HC 1021    (HJ 28th LD) Honoring and commending the 2016 Class AA Mitchell Kernels Football Team on winning the South Dakota Class AA State Football Championship for Mitchell High School, the first time in play-off history.
SC 28    (SJ 27th LD) Honoring the 2017 South Dakota Boys & Girls Clubs of America's Youth of the Year finalists.
SC 29    (SJ 27th LD) Celebrating and honoring the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Sioux Tribe's annual wacipi celebration on the occasion of its 150th anniversary on June 30, July 1, and July 2, 2017.
SC 30    (SJ 27th LD) Commending and honoring Spencer Neugebauer for his 2016 Mitchell High School football season.
