HC 1019    (HJ 26th LD) Honoring Excellence in Computer Programming Inc., a South Dakota corporation, for hosting the 2017 World Finals of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) on behalf of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, the city of Rapid City, and the state of South Dakota.
