    13-3-91. The secretary of education shall annually identify cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as a recommended skill skills that all schools should shall include within required school health curriculum and shall inform school districts of resources and training available to assist schools to provide instruction in CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators. ".
