HC 1001 (HJ 9th LD) Honoring and commending Dale Lamphere, of Sturgis, South Dakota,
and his team for the monumental sculpture, Dignity, and Norm and Eunabel
McKie, of Rapid City, South Dakota, for their generous financial support of the
sculpture project.
SC 1 (SJ 8th LD) Commending and honoring the 2015-2016 Outstanding School
Administrators of South Dakota: Jim Holbeck, Harrisburg, School Superintendent;
Todd Brist, Watertown, Middle School Principal; Lory DuFrain, Wagner, School
