    The House convened at 2:00 p.m., pursuant to adjournment, the Speaker presiding.

    The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Fr. David Hussey, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by House page Hayley Sowers.

    Roll Call: All members present except Reps. Turbiville and Zikmund who were excused.
