HB 1124     (Amended HJ 587, 589, 592) enhance education in the state and to make an appropriation therefor.
     Establish a classification system, an evaluation system, and minimum annual salaries for certified teachers and school service specialists, to establish the Certified Teacher and School Service Specialist Classification and Evaluation System Advisory Board, and to revise certain provisions relating to teacher tenure.
