SB 27 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 694) revise the state requirement for inspection of school food service programs.
SB 54 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 695) revise certain provisions regarding the duties and reporting requirements for the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority.
SB 123 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 715) provide for certain requirements for the sale and purchase of nonferrous metal property.
SB 126 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 712, 759) allow municipalities and counties to issue additional on-sale alcoholic beverage licenses.
SB 134 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 665) increase the pesticide registration fee, to revise its allocation, to revise certain related provisions, and to declare an emergency.
SB 143 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 714) revise certain provisions regarding collection and administration of the 911 emergency surcharge and operation of 911 services.

SB 190 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 695) impose a fee on certain pipelines carrying crude oil and to create a crude oil pipeline compensation fund that may be used in the event of a crude oil spill.     
    Provide for regulatory oversight of oil pipelines and to create a task force.
SB 201 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ p. 685) revise certain eligibility requirements for the South Dakota opportunity scholarship.

HB 1279 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) ) align math and science education with South Dakota's historic and unique scientific opportunities, to direct the Department of Education to initiate Project Lead the Way, to develop a clearinghouse for certain educational opportunities, and to provide for an independent analysis of the state's content standards, and to make an appropriation therefor, and to require the Department of Education to develop a framework for a high school for the twenty-first century, and to require high schools to report on activities and results relative to that framework.

HB 1227 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) appropriate money to postsecondary technical institutes for the maintenance and repair of buildings.
HB 1087 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2008 regarding appropriations to the Department of Executive Management, the Department of Revenue and Regulation, the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Education, the Board of Regents, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
HB 1085 *    (Deferred from 31st LD) authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of science facilities and laboratories at public universities and to make an appropriation therefor.
