     The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Rev. Michele Bradley, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Senate page Candace Rohrbach.

    "Section 3. That chapter 62-4 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

         Upon the request of an employer, an employee subject to this title shall supply a signed medical release to allow copying of any medical records and reports relevant to the employee's claim for workers' compensation. If the employee objects to the release of the medical records, the department shall, upon a showing of good cause for the release of such records, approve the release of the medical records relevant to the employee's claim to the employer. The employer shall, upon request, provide a copy of all medical records and reports received to the employee, without cost to the employee."

     Section 3. The secretary of education shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act."

     Section 8. The commissioner of the Bureau of Finance and Management shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act."

         A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION,  Recognizing and congratulating the Rapid City Stevens High School Volleyball Team for winning the 2007 Class AA State Volleyball Championship.

     WHEREAS,  the Rapid City Stevens Volleyball Team, coached by Joshua Lien, Matt Stahlecker, Kathy Lees, Kerry Beyer, and Jonel Smith exemplified athletic excellence and the will to win; and

     WHEREAS,  the Rapid City Stevens Volleyball Team Stacie Brinker, Paige Osterloo, Cassie Brinker, Karen Hill, Whitney Lutz, Sarah Jundt, Kelsey Olson, Brooke Warne, Amy Sykora, Courtney Nordine, Sarah Dedic, Kayla Huether, Kelly Herrmann, Nikki Gleich, Justine Blade, and Kacey Herrmann demonstrated discipline, dedication, and determination; and

     WHEREAS,  the Madison Lady Bulldogs Gymnastics Team has proven to have outstanding athletes year in and year out by winning the Class A Championship for fourteen consecutive years, the most consecutive state championships in the nation;

     WHEREAS,  Kassie Finck, Katie Breuer, Sara Rogers, Heidi Mogck, Katie Mackenzie, Heather Williams, Theresa Knapp, Mara Riedel, Kaitlyn Walker, Jessica Strom, Danielle Bloom, Laura Blom, and Lexi Finck achieved this honor through hard work and dedication; and

     WHEREAS,  coaches Maridee Dossett and Kindra Wiese put forth the time and effort to train and practice with the Madison Lady Bulldogs Gymnastics Team:
