BUDGET SETTING SCHEDULE:

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

HB 1029     make an appropriation to the Department of Health to fund the rural residency program and to declare an emergency.
    The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Health

HB 1046     make an appropriation to the railroad trust fund and to declare an emergency.
    The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Transportation

HB 1203     pay off bonds and make certain other changes necessary to effectuate a tuition freeze by the Board of Regents and the technical institutes, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
    The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Office of the Governor

SB 84     require municipalities to reimburse the counties for certain judicial and law enforcement expenditures.

SB 92     continue a math pilot project at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
