HB 1015 authorize the Department of Human Services to dismantle and demolish buildings and to
restore the demolition site to its natural state on the South Dakota Developmental Center
campus, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Human Services
HB 1029 make an appropriation to the Department of Health to fund the rural residency program
and to declare an emergency.
The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Health
HB 1042 establish the trust company receivership and liquidation captive insurance company fund
and to make an appropriation therefor.
The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Labor and Regulation
HB 1043 revise the state aid to special education formula.
The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management
HB 1045 revise certain reversion provisions relating to the General Appropriations Act for fiscal
year 2013.

HB 1159 establish the nonbeneficiary student scholarship program for certain students attending
