EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

Charles P. Schroyer, Hughes County, Pierre, South Dakota to the Board of Pardons and Paroles.

SB 44     classify vehicular homicide as a crime of violence.

SB 145     require certain provisions to be met before allowing public utilities or carriers to exercise eminent domain procedures.
