    On page 1, line 10, of the printed bill, remove the overstrikes from "conditions including".

    On page 1, line 11, after "hazards" remove the overstrikes from ", or".

    On page 1, remove the overstrikes from lines 12 to 14, inclusive.

    On page 2, delete lines 1 to 3, inclusive, and insert:

"

    If a person is operating a bicycle within a no passing zone, the person shall, if safe, move onto the shoulder of the roadway, dismount the bicycle, and allow a faster vehicle to pass. If it is not safe for the person to move onto the shoulder, the person shall wait and move onto the shoulder at the first safe place, dismount the bicycle, and allow a faster vehicle to pass.".
