    On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 11 to 13, inclusive, and insert "period of not less than one year. If the location of the sale is an unattended fueling site, documentation shall be retained at the location where an inspector gains access to the unattended fueling site system. If any retail establishment does not have the required documents on site at the time an inspection is conducted, the department shall attempt one additional time to have the documents provided to the department. Thereafter, the department may charge the retail establishment the cost of the actual time spent locating the document at the set inspection rate. The total additional cost charged to the retail establishment may not exceed one hundred dollars per inspection.".
