     On page 1 of the House Judiciary Committee engrossed bill, delete lines 13 and 14, and insert:

" The distribution of less than one-half ounce of marijuana to a minor without consideration is a Class 6 felony; otherwise, the distribution of one ounce or less of marijuana to a minor is a Class 5 felony. The distribution of more than one ounce but less than one-half pound of marijuana to a minor is a Class 4 felony. ".


     On page 2, delete lines 1 and 2.

     On page 2, line 3, delete " felony. ".
