The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 190 and the
amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and
recommends that SB 190 be amended as follows:
"Section 8. Nothing in this Act may be construed to affect any obligation to provide
services to a person under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education
program, or an individualized service plan.".
"Section 9. There is hereby established the Applied Behavior Analysis Provider Workgroup, operated under the Department of Human Services, to advise and make
recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature regarding the certification and licensor
of applied behavior analysis therapy providers.
