HB 1021     repeal the authorization for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology research center project and to authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to issue bonds to finance a portion of the maintenance and repair of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology chemistry/chemical engineering renovation project.
