    On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"    Section 1. That chapter 13-16 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

    Any school district may make payments from its capital outlay fund for the support of a postsecondary technical institute located in the school district's region. However, the payment from the capital outlay fund may not exceed an amount equal to the result of applying a tax levy of twenty-five cents per thousand dollars of taxable valuation of the school district.

    The levy authorized by this section may be made in addition to any levy limitations provided in § 13-16-7. However, such tax levy may not exceed three dollars of taxable valuation on the taxable valuation of the district."
