    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the Ninetieth Legislature of the State of South Dakota, the Senate concurring therein, that the Legislature hereby requests the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council to consult with the executive branch and the judicial branch of state government to develop a plan for the restoration of a South Dakota Ethics Commission, and submit the plan as proposed legislation for the 2016 legislative session.
