SCR 8     (SJ 312) Opposing efforts in Congress to expand the jurisdiction of the federal Clean Water Act by revising the terms “navigable waters” and “waters of the United States”.

SB 41     (Deferred from 26th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of public storage warehouses.
SB 42     (Deferred from 26th LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the regulation of public warehouses by the Public Utilities Commission.
SB 45 *    (Deferred from 26th LD) revise the requirements regarding the licensing and regulation of public grain warehouses, to establish a grain warehouse fund, and to make a continuous appropriation from that fund.
