        HB 1175*     authorize the Board of Regents to expand university facilities at the University of South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

        HB 1038     authorize the Department of Public Safety to build a highway patrol office and motorcycle training facility in Rapid City, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

HB 1089*     allow certain school districts that receive state aid to education to receive funding for certain students with limited English proficiency.
