         HB 1143      repeal certain requirements related to school district employee retirement benefits.

         HB 1051 *     revise certain provisions related to the payment of additional funds to consolidated school districts.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Department of Education

         HB 1291      allow students who have dyslexia to receive special education or special education and related services.

         HB 1288      allow any school district that qualifies for both the declining enrollment allowance and the growing enrollment payment in the same fiscal year to only benefit from the one that provides the most additional funding to the district.

         HB 1164      authorize the purchase or lease of computer hardware and software through the general fund of school districts.
