Section 22. That a NEW SECTION be added to 2024 Session Laws, chapter 236:

Section 40. The state treasurer shall transfer to the IT Modernization Fund the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) from the state general fund.

Section 41. The state treasurer shall transfer to the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund the sum of twenty-two million eight hundred and thirty thousand nine hundred and thirty-six dollars ($22,830,936) from the state general fund.

Section 23. Funds appropriated by this Act which are unspent at the end of Fiscal year 2025 may be carried over to fiscal year 2026

Section 24. This Act is effective beginning June 29 30, 2025.
