On page 1, line 13, of the Introduced bill, after "issued." insert "
The Department of Game, Fish and Parks shall limit the number of licenses available for purchase each year, in accordance with this section, to one hundred. The Game, Fish and Parks Commission may not include that number when placing any other limitation on the number of licenses that may be issued."
