On page 1, line 11, of the Introduced bill, delete "Nothing in this section prohibits the award of moneys to or the use of moneys by an institution under the control of the Board of Regents" and insert " The prohibition in this section does not apply to the Board of Regents, any institution under the control of the Board of Regents, or any state agency carrying out regulatory functions specific to meat labeling"
