    The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 90 and the amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that SB 90 be amended as follows:

    On page 1 of the House engrossed bill, delete lines 4 to 15, inclusive.

    On page 2, delete lines 1 to 19, inclusive.

    On page 5, between lines 13 and 14, insert:

    "Section 10. That section 14 of chapter 30 of the 2012 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:

    The state treasurer shall transfer to the boxing commission fund, ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) from the state general fund.

    Section 13. That section 6 of chapter 41 of the 2012 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:

    Section 6. The funds in section 7 of this Act which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2012 may be carried over to the next fiscal year provisions of § 4-8-19 do not apply to the funds in section 7 of this Act."


    On page 5, line 17, delete "three million six hundred thousand dollars ($3,600,000)" and insert "two million dollars ($2,000,000)".

    On page 5, line 18, delete "by section 3 of" and insert "in"

    On page 5, between lines 19 and 20, insert:

    "Section 12. The sum of nine hundred eighty-three thousand six hundred forty-nine dollars ($983,649) in the general fund on June 30, 2013, shall be obligated and committed for the purposes of future appropriations in FY2014. The provisions of §§ 4-7-32 and 4-7-39 do not apply to these funds.

    Section 13. Notwithstanding section 145 of HB 1060 as previously enacted by the Eighty-Eighth Legislature, up to twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) in general funds appropriated in subsection (3) of section 8 of chapter 30 of the 2012 Session Laws which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2013 may be carried over to fiscal year 2014 for medical and adult services. Any

additional unspent general funds shall revert in accordance with chapter 4-8. Federal and other funds appropriated in subsection (3) of section 8 of chapter 30 of the 2012 Session Laws which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2013 may be carried over to fiscal year 2014 for medical and adult services."
