CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

SB 155*    establish a local government road improvement grant fund for the purpose of serving new agricultural facilities and to make an appropriation therefor.
SB 159*    revise the state aid to general education formula by including an adjustment for students with limited English proficiency.

CONFERENCE COMMITTEES APPOINTED THAT HAVE NOT REPORTED

SB 90*    revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2013, to provide funding for the increased costs associated with the employee health insurance and internal service bureaus, and to declare an emergency.
    Revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2013, to provide nonrecurring funding for economic development, education, and providers.

SC 29    (SJ 35th LD) Honoring Courtney Peterson of Sisseton, South Dakota, as the recipient of the 2012 Miss Rodeo America First Runner-up Award.
SC 30    (SJ 35th LD) Honoring Kristina Maddocks of Hecla, South Dakota as 2013 Miss Rodeo South Dakota.
SC 31    (SJ 35th LD) Honoring Helen Graslie for her years of service for the South Dakota State University chapter of the Alpha Gamma Rho men's agricultural fraternity.
