CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

HB 1239*    authorize school districts to use certain tax levies for pension and health insurance purposes.
    appropriate money to the Board of Regents for the purpose of funding increased employee health insurance costs, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1130*    revise the amount of personal property exempt from levy in bankruptcy cases.
    define certain terms relating to bail bonds.
HB 1123*    increase the surcharge on certain hunting licenses for predator control purposes, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
SB 235*    enhance economic development opportunities for the state.
    create the building South Dakota fund, to deposit certain money into the building South Dakota fund, to create certain programs and funds to enhance economic development, to make continuous appropriations to these funds, to provide certain reinvestment payments to stimulate economic development and investment, to revise the state aid to general education formula by including an adjustment for students with limited English proficiency, and to declare an emergency.
SB 15*    revise certain provisions regarding state aid to special education.
    Provide for expenditures for early learning services from the special education fund, and to revise certain provisions regarding state aid to special education.
SB 28*    revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.

SB 90*    revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2013, to provide funding for the increased costs associated with the employee health insurance and internal service bureaus, and to declare an emergency.
