         HB 1067 *     make an appropriation to defray operation costs of the 24/7 sobriety program and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1080 *     authorize the Board of Regents to construct a student athlete development center on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 136 *     require convicted sex offenders to register their online identifiers, to allow limited release of online identifier information in the sex offender registry to certain communications service entities, to make an appropriation therefor, and to provide penalties to violations thereof.
