Section 38. The state treasurer shall transfer to the employer's investment in South Dakota's
future fund three million six hundred thousand dollars ($3,600,000), from the state general fund.
Section 11. Funds appropriated by this Act which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2013
may be carried over to fiscal year 2014.
Section 12. This Act is effective June 26, 2013. "
