On page 2, line 9, of the Senate State Affairs Engrossed bill, after "12-5:" delete "If a political party is unable to nominate a candidate for the office of attorney general or secretary of state at the primary election, the political party may nominate a candidate for the office at the state convention."
On page 3, line 6, of the Senate State Affairs Engrossed bill, remove the overstrikes from " party office or political public office for a state"
On page 3, line 6, of the Senate State Affairs Engrossed bill, after "state" delete " a political party's gubernatorial"
On page 3, line 9, of the Senate State Affairs Engrossed bill, after "state" delete ". The petition of a party's candidate for attorney general or secretary of state must be signed by not less than one-quarter of one percent of the voters who voted for that party's gubernatorial candidate at the last gubernatorial election or two hundred fifty qualified voters, whichever is greater"
