         HB 1084      increase the previously enacted expenditure authority for certain approved construction projects and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1085      authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of science facilities and laboratories at public universities and to make an appropriation therefor.
