SB 57 define a biodiesel producer and bulk plant operator and revise certain statutory
references and to make certain form and style changes regarding motor fuel taxation.

rustling and to provide a penalty therefor.
HB 1233* (Deferred from 20th LD) facilitate the provision of voluntary medical services to the
disadvantaged under certain circumstances.
HB 1151* extend general immunity from liability for directors and officers of certain nonprofit
fire and ambulance departments and to limit certain actions for personal injury or
death.
HB 1171* exempt certain property from bankruptcy levy.
HB 1057 make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to
declare an emergency.

school bus inspection and to authorize the Highway Patrol to approve school bus
inspectors.
SB 45 (Deferred from 20th LD) permit certain persons to renew an operator's license, a
motorcycle operator's license, or nondriver identification card without appearing in
person at a driver license exam site.
SB 23* (Deferred from 20th LD) revise certain provisions pertaining to the Certification
Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals and to increase certain fees.
SB 72* revise certain provisions concerning inspections of food service establishments by
the Department of Health.
SB 18* authorize the Department of Agriculture to construct a 4-H exhibit hall in Huron and
to make an appropriation therefor.
SB 19* authorize the Department of Agriculture to construct a housing unit in Huron, to
make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
SB 27 revise previous session laws related to the design, construction, and equipping of a
veterans home near Hot Springs, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare
an emergency.
SB 78* (Amended SJ 255, 255) revise certain provisions relating to medical requirements for
intrastate drivers transporting passengers and to update certain references to federal
statutes.
SB 86 increase the minimum salary payable to county officials, state's attorneys, and
sheriffs.

HC 1017 (HJ 20th LD) Commending and honoring the 2011-2012 Girls AA Mitchell High
School Kernel Basketball Team for winning the State AA Girls Basketball
Championship.
SC 6 (SJ 19th LD) Honoring Doug Kirkus of Mitchell as the 2012 winner of the South
Dakota Municipal League Excellence in Municipal Government Award.
SC 7 (SJ 19th LD) Honoring Mary McClung with the city of Harrisburg, South Dakota as
