SB 41* (Deferred from 19th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the requirements for
school bus inspection and to authorize the Highway Patrol to approve school bus
inspectors.
SB 45 (Deferred from 19th LD) permit certain persons to renew an operator's license, a
motorcycle operator's license, or nondriver identification card without appearing in
person at a driver license exam site.
SB 23* (Deferred from 19th LD) revise certain provisions pertaining to the Certification
Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals and to increase certain fees.
LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS
HC 1015 (HJ 19th LD) Honoring the Pierre Junior Shooters BB Gun Team as National BB Gun
Champions.
HC 1016 (HJ 19th LD) Honoring George Zahn and his wife for their many years of public
service to the municipality of Worthing.
SC 4 (SJ 18th LD) Honoring and commending the recipients of the Governor's Awards in
the Arts.
SC 5 (SJ 18th LD) Commending and congratulating Colton Manville, Trevor Mahoney, and
Dean Laganiere, students at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, for
qualifying for the Olympics of Computer Science which will take place in Russia.
