                 REVISED

        HB 1169     amend the provisions regarding the reimbursement of a physical exam of a victim after a rape.
            Representatives Rozum, Cronin, Dryden, Gibson, Gosch, Hajek, Hoffman, Lust, Miller, Novstrup (David), and Solum and Senators Buhl, Begalka, Bradford, Kirkeby, Krebs, Lucas, Monroe, Peters, Soholt, and Tidemann

        HB 1199     prohibit the sharing of patient records in a health information exchange by the state without written authorization from the patient.
            Representatives Russell, Campbell, Kaiser, Kopp, May, Nelson, Steele, and Verchio and Senators Jensen and Begalka

        HB 1208     prohibit the unlawful release of medical waste and to provide a penalty therfor.
            Representatives Mickelson, Carson, Conzet, Craig, Cronin, Duvall, Erickson, Haggar (Don), Hajek, Hansen, Miller, Otten (Herman), Westra, Wick, and Wink and Senators White, Heineman (Phyllis), Krebs, Rhoden, Tidemann, and Vehle

        HB 1227     provide for an affirmative defense of medical necessity for certain marijauna offenses.
