HB 1064    provide for certain methods of disbursement for school district flexible spending accounts.
HB 1051    revise certain provisions related to the director's orders to hazardous insurers.
HB 1054    repeal certain rule-making authority for the director of insurance.
HB 1071    revise the contents of the application for the discharge of a civil judgment debt discharged in bankruptcy.

SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

HB 1003*    provide for mediation between mineral developers and surface owners in certain disputes over surface depredation and to provide for mediation of mineral fee disputes.
    Revise the purpose of the agriculture mediation program.
HB 1020*    revise certain provisions relating to the evaluation and treatment of persons with mental illness.
HB 1061    revise certain provisions related to the regulation of captive insurance companies.



HB 1055    revise certain provisions regarding unemployment insurance employer charges and claimant misrepresentation regarding benefit overpayments and to correct references to certain provisions pertaining to unemployment insurance.
HB 1070    revise certain provisions relating to the failure to fulfill the responsibilities of jury duty.
HB 1072    repeal certain provisions providing a criminal penalty for a political party to endorse or nominate a judicial candidate.

HC 1001    Commending and honoring Specialist James Furry for his selection as the South Dakota Army National Guard Soldier of the Year.
HC 1002    Commending and honoring Sergeant Jacob Vissia for his selection as the South Dakota Army National Guard Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
HC 1003    Commending and honoring Chief Warrant Officer Four Kenneth Schoenfelder for his selection as the South Dakota Army National Guard Warrant Officer of the Year.
HC 1004    Commending and honoring First Lieutenant Cody Becker for his selection as South Dakota Army National Guard Lieutenant of the Year.
