Section 3. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $2,500,000 and the sum of $2,500,000 in other fund expenditure authority to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks for the purpose of supporting recreational opportunities in this state by building a shooting range to serve western South Dakota."
On page 1, after line 10, of the Senate Engrossed bill, insert: "
Section 4. The secretary of the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks may accept any gift, contribution, or other source of money for the purpose of section 3. Any money received under this section is appropriated to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks for purposes of section 3."
