On the Senate Education Engrossed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"
Section 1. That chapter 13-1 be amended with a NEW SECTION:
Racism may not be taught or promoted at any institution under the control of the Board of Regents or the Board of Technical Education."
