AMENDMENT 21A FOR THE INTRODUCED BILL

An Act to revise provisions related to the revocation of a medical cannabis registry identification card.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That § 34-20G-36 be AMENDED:

34-20G-36. The department shall give written notice to the qualifying patient of the reason for denying or revoking a registry identification card to the qualifying patient or to the qualifying patient's designated caregiver.

Section 2. That § 34-20G-85 be AMENDED:

34-20G-85. Revocation under § 34-20G-80, 34-20G-83, or 34-20G-84 is a final decision of the department subject to judicial review.
