On page 1, line 23, of the House Appropriations bill, delete "Notwithstanding §§ 5-14-2 to 5-14-4, inclusive, the Board of Regents shall supervise the design and construction of the project authorized in this Act." and insert "The administration of the design and construction of the project authorized in this Act shall be under the general charge and supervision of the Bureau of Administration as provided in chapter 5-14."
