On page 1, line 4, of the Senate Appropriations bill, delete " $1 to the state, for purposes of enhancing the overall wellbeing and greatness of South Dakota" and insert " $5,800,000 to the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, to be used for costs associated with city of Box Elder sewer infrastructure and capacity improvements, upgrades, and expansion necessary to accommodate growth of the Ellsworth Air Force Base and related industries that will require these services"
On page 1, after line 5, of the Senate Appropriations bill, insert "
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $3,200,000 to the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, for purposes of constructing the Liberty Center Wellness Facility to support Ellsworth Air Force Base.
